Would you like to find a caffè bar to study in the afternoons that makes you feel at home? We will do our best to make you happy.
We are taste oriented and focused on raw materials: at the basis of our work is the search for the best products, starting with bread that we make ourselves.
We experiment with traditional processes giving them a cosmopolitan twist and we love unexpected ingredients. That said we try not to take ourselves too seriously: Blend Eat is a cosy place, open all day with lots of space, delicious food, good vibes, great music in the evenings, lots of fun and a real sense of humour.

Colourful autumn days, cold winter nights, bright spring mornings and eternally long summer afternoons: Blend Eat is a place to stop off in, have fun and to draw inspiration from.
Drop by for a croissant and coffee for breakfast, to have brunch, a simple snack with a good glass of red wine or for a long “therapy session” with friends, family or your other half for lunch, dinner or late in the evening.
Blend Eat is a simple and uncomplicated place, open all day from morning to late at night and easy to reach: we are in the centre near Piazza Santa Croce, in one of the most culturally rich areas in Florence.
